Goes on easy, stays clean, cold right where it is needed. Much more pleasant than the ice pack holders, this is a cold elastic band.

Item: “Comfytemp Migraine Ice Head Wrap, Form Fitting Gel Headache Hat for Migraine, Cold Compress Migraine Relief Cap, Super Soft Cooling Head Ice Pack Mask for Puffy Eyes, Tension, Sinus & Stress”~I have several ice hats, so that I can swap them out when the one I’m using isn’t cold enough any more. I don’t pull them all the way down over my eyes when I’m using them – I start with them resting on my forehead, and gradually pull them further down as the coldness fades, until they’re down far enough to cover my eyebrows. This one is a little towards the tight end of the pressure spectrum – it’s tighter than most (but not all) of my other ones. I measured around my head and it’s somewhere between 21.5 and 22 inches depending on where exactly I measure. Its fabric is a little softer than most of my other ones, which I like. I also like the color. :)It lasts about 10-12 minutes, and then if I take it off and turn it partway to put one of the sides over my forehead, I can get another 5 minutes or so out of it.It’s usable again after about 30 minutes in the freezer, though it doesn’t stay cold for as long (5-6 minutes on one side, and another 2-3 when I turn it around). It takes at least 60 minutes to get to the point where it stays cold for the same amount of time as having it in overnight. The gel covers your entire head, all the way around, with a slight gap where the seam joins it together. It’s open on top, so you could pull your hair through it if you wanted (I don’t use it like that). It has one seam at the back of your head (if you put the nose notch where it’s intended to go), instead of one on each side like my other ones. I think I would’ve preferred the side seams; I usually need cold on the back of my head more than the sides, and also it means I can’t turn it 180 degrees to get more cold out of it, since that puts the seam directly on the middle of my forehead, and then I don’t get any cold there. The gel parts are fairly slim, and they stay completely flexible no matter how long it’s in the freezer. I store it in there so it’s ready whenever I need it; I haven’t bothered keeping it in the plastic bag it came with.It gets very cold – maybe even a bit too much, but that’s way better than not cold enough, and I’ve gotten used to it and enjoy it.You can also heat it up to use it, but I didn’t try that and probably won’t ever use it for that.

This has a nice slick spandexy feel to it and fits well. It should be great when I get a migrane or aura. I like how easy it is to chill and still put on after it is frozen. Much easier that using freezer packs or ice. Quite soothing and can use it for meditation when not chilled.

It is a suitable Gel Filled Cover for Migraines, Puffy Eyes, Tension, Sinus and Stress and is Important for Migraine Relief Cold Compress, Ultra Soft Ice MaskWell relieves headaches and tension after a day of exhaustionA new experience for me, I liked the idea of sleeping with it on my headIt is very soft and does not bother the body and head especiallyA good idea, but it does not completely cure, but relieves the pain temporarily, but it is goodYou can wear it in two ways, either covering the whole head or lifting it from the eyes
